Your employer deducts the pension contributions from your salary before calculation of tax. On the tax return your salary shows after deduction of pension contributions. This means that you have already benefitted from the tax advantage when your salary is reported.

P+ reports your private pension contributions to Skat. When you log on to skat.dk, you can see all the reported amounts under Skatteoplysninger.

If you have questions, you must contact Skat. This can be done directly through your profile when you are logged on to skat.dk
