Submit a complaint

In P+ we aim to provide qualified and professional advisory services. Yet, there may be situations where we disagree, or an error occurs. 

Contact the Membership Services
If you are dissatisfied or disagree with a decision or our advisory services, you must at first contact Membership Services. Our pension advisors know you and your pension scheme, and it may be the way to solve a potential disagreement. 

You can either email us here or at raadgivning@pplus.dk  

Submit a complaint
If after having contacted the Membership Services you are still dissatisfied with the handling of the matter, you can send a complaint to klageansvarlig@pplus.dk

The Insurance Complaints Board
If you disagree with the outcome of the decision from the Complaints Officer, you have the possibility of complaining to:

The fee for submitting a complaint to the Insurance Complaints Board is DKK 200, and you must use a special form which you can download here

If you want to complain about P+'s processing of your personal data, you must send an email to our DPO on dpo@pplus.dk
